The Alliance of Dallas Educators (Alliance/AFT) is the elected representative for all teachers, counselors and support personnel of Dallas ISD. As the exclusive consultation agent for certified and classified employees, the Alliance/AFT consults with the Dallas ISD administration on matters of salaries, other compensation issues, and working conditions. Alliance/AFT has made significant gains in employee compensation and has served as a public voice in the community for school employees.
